Shipping Policy

All Curb Renew decals are custom made after you place your order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

This timeframe covers processing and production. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the shipping method and destination.

During busy periods, processing may take longer. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Orders containing custom decals and other items may ship together once the custom products are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are separate from our processing time and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking status.

Shipping Addresses & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address and customization details before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a change, email info@curbrenew.com immediately with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins or your order ships.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email info@curbrenew.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If it is still missing, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
